On July 21^st and 28^th, the company held the 21^st cadre training course in two batches at NBKBE Shanghai. Each batch of training lasts for 2 days, with a total of over 100 key employees from the company and its subsidiaries participating in this training course.

The first batch of training courses held on July 21^st included over 60 students from the production, operation, marketing, and engineering technology departments of subsidiaries in six cities, including Ningbo, Chengdu, Benxi, Shanghai, Huizhou, and Macheng. The second batch of training courses held on July 28^th consisted of over 40 students from departments such as finance, securities, procurement, and HR administration of six companies.

In addition to setting up public courses on The Seven Core Values, Management and Communication of NBKBE, Daily Clearing of the Company, and Critical Moments in Customer Services and Marketing, this training also includes professional training courses on finance, procurement, engineering technology, production, logistics, and HR administrative management.

The 4-day training brought together key employees from six regions across the country. It took the form of internal lectures, group discussions, scenario drills, and personal feedback sharings. While internalizing the course content, it also strengthened mutual communication and team collaboration among subsidiaries and departments.

From the first key employee training course held in 2009 to the 21^st training course, the company has gradually refined and established the core content of corporate culture from its business management practices, forming a management system that is in line with the company's actual situation, laying the foundation for the company's stability and development.
