From October 18th to October 30th, the company conducted the 2023 job skill level evaluation and assessment for all frontline employees. This year's skill level assessment for frontline employees is divided into practical assessment and theoretical assessment. The practical assessment part is organized by each factory workshop according to the production scheduling situation. The theoretical assessment part adopts a centralized online assessment form for all employees during the time period. As of now, the practical assessment work has basically been completed, and the theoretical assessment part will be completed by the end of this month. 

The company has been conducting job skill level assessment for frontline employees for many consecutive years. This work can not only let employees have a comprehensive understanding of their job skills, identify gaps and make up for them, provide targeted job skills for employees, enhance their learning enthusiasm for "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing" and improve their skills, but also provide frontline employees with a "hard" channel for job promotion.
